October Construction Update

Paladin Projects are making huge strides in regards to progress on the Riverfront Estate Living Stage 2 development, situated along the scenic South Pine River.

Recent updates from Paladin Projects reveal significant milestones in the construction process:

• All structures are now complete, with external facade screens and architectural details being finalised.

• Internal fit out is well advanced with all cabinetry now installed.

• Wet areas have been completed and flooring is being installed.

Lucindale have begun their first round of defect inspections and all is on track for completion and settlement in the first quarter of 2025, delivering a blend of natural beauty and modern living for future residents.
